The Publications Department of N.B.C. produces, promotes and distributes most of the publications of the Convention. These include Convention publications such as Diary, Calendar and the Annuals; literature for use for Christian education, Student Ministries, Discipleship, Evangelism etc.

The department has two divisions namely: Publications and The Nigerian Baptist. While the first is mandated to publish all the books produced by the department in English, Yoruba and Hausa languages, the second division, as its name indicates, is in charge of producing the Convention’s sole magazine, “The Nigerian Baptist.”

The department also has an established and functional office in Zaria, with personnel who see to the translation of our literature into Hausa language and their sales in the area.

The department works closely with the Baptist Press (Nig.) Limited, its printer, and the Nigerian Baptist Bookstore, with branches in Iwo and Benin-City, to facilitate production and distribution of the publications.
